| Bruise me, Adonai, if that's what it will take to get my attention.
It has been so long since i've been here and wrote something. After reading this quote above, thought it was worth it to post and to try and enter back into the world of thought and expression also known as xanga. This quote is from a prayer i recently read. It struck me how oblivious i can be. Along the same lines, i realized how much i miss out on. I pray that my eyes are opened, and that i truly live and love. That is it for now. Until later (hopefully sooner...)

| i am home, finally after a long day and a half of travel. it seems a bit strange being home. i've been gone for so much of the summer it seemed natural. but i look forward to what is to come in the next two weeks. moving into my apt and starting classes excites me. adventures await us as we join back together. i've missed all my friends quite a bit. there is nothing like the reunion of friendship that takes place at the beginning of the semester. things are as they should be. i am satisfied and ready. let us join back once again.
